1. Shipping Locations

  • We ship across India and to selected international destinations.

  • International orders may be subject to custom duties and taxes, which are to be borne by the customer.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.

  • For custom or pre-order items, dispatch may take 7-10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Within India

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹2,999.

  • A standard shipping charge of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹2,999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders up to ₹10,000, with an additional charge of ₹50.

International Shipping

  • Shipping charges depend on the destination and order weight, calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in their country.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within India: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: 10-15 business days, depending on customs clearance.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at bunkarthoughts@gmail.com or call +91 79051 27699.

  • Bunkar Thoughts is not responsible for delays due to natural calamities, courier service issues, or customs clearance delays.

7. Undelivered Orders & Re-Shipment

  • If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
